Condo details are as follows:

• 2nd floor furnished Studio Unit 678 (Windcliff condominium Unit #678) - Sleeps 4 (1 queen bed and a sofa pull out)
• 2nd floor furnished Studio Unit 687 (Windcliff condominium Unit #687) - Sleeps 4 (2 queen beds)
• Private Balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Bellaire
• Microwave/small refrigerator
• Limited cooking facilities - cook top, toaster oven with cooking accessories
• 25" TV with Digital Cable/DVD/VCR
• Located next to Summit Hotel complex
• Walk to Schuss Mountain shuttle pick-up.
• Walk to Pro-shop for Summit and Legend Golf courses
• 3 min. drive to village of Bellaire

Located next to the Summit Hotel. Several restaurants located on the resort. Linens and towels are provided by a housekeeping service. Local concierge service included.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full payment or a $50 reservation fee (Credit Card or PayPal deposit) must be recieved to confirm your reservation. This fee will be applied towards the remaining balance which must be paid before arrival.
• If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arival, a $50 cancellation fee will be taken from your payment and you will be refunded the remaining balance.
